Setting up EFT payment is easyNew or current Automobile, Motorcycle, Homeowner, Rental Dwelling, and Watercraft policyholdersIf you are a new policyholder, you can establish EFT immediately through your independent insurance agent. Current policyholders can change to this plan by clicking on the link below and printing and completing the EFT/Credit Card Authorization form. After completing the form, please email, fax or mail it to:
How to pay by credit card (applies to all policies)If you are a new or current policyholder, you can make a credit card payment at any time by contacting our accounting department at (800) 733-3320, option 3. You can also set up a scheduled remittance using your credit card. Click the EFT/Credit Card Authorization link on this page and print and complete the form. Choose your payment method
Change your billing plan at any time.You can change your billing plan at any time. However, when you receive your bill you must pay it under the current plan. For example, if you are on a bi-monthly check plan and want to switch to Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT), you can make the change by completing the EFT/Credit Card Authorization or by contacting your agent. However, you will need to pay your current premium bill with a check. Your EFT payment plan will go into effect with the next billing. Fee Structure
