Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and Credit Card Payment Option Available

Wolverine Mutual just rolled out a new premium payment plan for two lines of business- Rental Dwelling and Watercraft. In the coming months, the new plan will be available for Auto, Homeowner, Motorcycle and Personal Umbrella policies as well.

If you are a current policyholder with a Rental Dwelling or Watercraft policy, you will receive a communication from Wolverine when your policy renewal is processed. This communication will inform you that your policy’s payment plan has been switched to BI-MONTHLY direct-bill (pay by check), the default option we are using at renewal.

You will be offered the opportunity to switch from BI-MONTHLY direct-bill to other payment options, including electronic EFT and Credit Card payment options. All you have to do is return the form with a check for the minimum amount due reflected on your premium notice. Your next premium notice will reflect the new payment option you selected.

The following link will allow you to view and print the same EFT/Credit Card Authorization form we are sending to policyholders with their renewal. You are welcome to forward it to us at any time if you’d like to establish a recurring electronic payment plan on your Rental Dwelling or Watercraft policy. Please note that it is important that you continue to pay your premium by check in a timely manner until the electronic withdrawal is effective.
