HO-4 Policy

Renting? Protect your personal belongings and liabilities.

As a renter, your landlord’s property insurance does not cover your personal property or liabilities. That’s why it’s important for you to protect them. Wolverine Mutual HO-4 homeowners policy protects your personal property anywhere in the world. It also covers additional living expenses or fair rental value if the apartment or house you’re renting is unfit to live in after a covered peril damages it. Plus, it covers liability suits and medical payments incurred if you or an immediate member of your family damages the property or causes other bodily injury.

All-Risk Coverage is also available for personal property insured for $25,000 or more. Protect your personal property from all perils (except those specifically excluded in the policy) such as from fire, theft, windstorm and hail to weight of ice, snow and sleet or volcanic eruption. You also get protection from the unexpected, such as earthquake damage to personal property, rain through an open window onto your sofa or a computer accidentally knocked off your desk.

This description is only a summary. For complete details on available coverages, please contact Wolverine Mutual Insurance Company or refer to your Wolverine Mutual Homeowners policy.
